When are your shops Open?
Our shops open at 09:30 Monday to Friday. 10:30 on Saturday and Midday on Sunday. Shops close 15 minutes after pay out of the last match. Please check the shop near you to confirm its opening hours.

What age do I need to be to enter your Shop?

Only people over 18 are allowed by law to enter betting shops.

How can I pay for my Bet?

You can pay using cash, sms, or GREATBET vouchers.

Is there a minimum Stake I have to Spend?.

For most bets in our shop there is a minimum stake of Ushs 1000 (one thousand)

Can I place my bet by phoning the shop?

Yes we accept bets phone but only after you have opened up a telephone betting account with us. We also accept bets sms.However, we cannot accept bets by mail, e-mail or fax.

How do I collect my winnings?

You can collect your winning by presenting your betting slip at the shop where you placed your bet. You must do this within 3 months of the event taking place.

What do I do If I lose my receipt?

Please return to the shop where you placed your bet with some proof of your Identity (e.g. company ID, Driving license or passport) We will only pay after we have checked our records.

What is the maximum stake that I can place?

We can accept stakes of up to 1,000,000 Ushs ( one million Uganda shillillings).If you would like to place a stake that is higher that this please contact the manager of our Kampala shop.

Can I change or cancel my bet after I have place it ?

If an event has not started you can change or cancel your bet with our permission
